Professor's Paul, Alex, Eric, and Dar know exactly how to break down both basic and complex moves so that the whole class can pick it up. Good mix of drilling and live rolls and each professor has their own style and are extremely engaged. I'm 55 yrs old and have been training with Paul for over 3 years now and have come a long way both mentally and physically in that time. I look forward to every class/open mat and leave feeling exhausted, but great!
